This is our XL Brisket Board! Measures at 30"x18", 2 inches thick, and weighing in at 25 pounds! It's made from Hard Maple and features a spiked center to hold your brisket in place while you slice it up. The grooves help to catch the juices and keep your counter clean. Two large handles are carved out on the underside to help handle this massive board. Also great for turkeys, hams, etc!
